500 kg per hour wood pellet production line

Brief introduction:

This samll production line has following parts:

1) Crushing part- Wood crusher or hammer mill can crush wood size to less than 5mm.

2) A small dryer can reduce moisture to about 15%.

3) A HSKLN-300 pellet mill can produce 6 and 8mm pellets.

4) Cooler and packing machine

This wood crusher can crush as large as 200mm size wood into the powders

After wood crusher, this dryer can reduce the moisture to about 15%.

Pellet mill 

Cooler- When the pellets are produced, they are very hot.  It can aslo collect the dust and not well formed pellets.

Waranty:

Our waranty is one year except the spare part for the machine.

If there is something wrong with the machine, we will send you the part by express. Part is free and you cover the freight.

Main spare part are hammer&sieve for hammer mill, roller&die for pellet mill.

Installation and debug

We can send our technical person to your working plant for installation and debug.

If we send person to your factory, you need to pay for food, hotel, round air tickets and daily salary.
