Brief introduction

This line can produce high quality and density wood pellets for your stoves in your home or the factory boilers. The raw materials can be sawdust, wood, grass, napier etc. Moisture needs to be less than 15% and the size needs to be less than 5mm. Our production line is to reduce the size and moisture of the raw materials for the pellets making.

The whole process

It has the crushing, drying, pellet making and packing process.

1) Crushing. As the size of the raw materiasl needs to be less than 5mm so you can use the crusher to reduce the size.

2) Drying. The hot air dryer can control the moisture of the output less than 20%. We have four kinds for you to satisfy your demands.

3) Pellet making. Our roller spining wood pellet press can generate very high pressure. Under the high pressure, the density and the heating value get improved.

4) Cooling and packing machine. The moment the pellets are produced, they are very hot. Our cooling machine can reduce the temprature of the pellets for the packing.
