Raw material introduction  

 

The pellets making can accept all kinds of biomass raw material such as all kinds of wood sawdust , coconuts shell , rice husk , stalks , grass etc. 

 

 

 

Suitable raw material condition is necessary . 

 

3-5mm size 

8-12% moisture content . 

 

                               Wood process about the ring die pelleting line : 

Crushing process 

 

 1. Chipping : the wood logs need to be chipped into wood chips firstly

2. Crushing : the hammer mill can grind the wood chips into small wood powder . 

 

Drying process 

 

3.Drying process : the rotary dryer can dry the wet sawdust into dry sawdust with suitable moisture content .
