1,Liquid Glucose is made from refined starch by acid hydrolysis or enzyme treatment following the process of refining and concentration. The main ingredients are glucose, maltose, maltotriose and over maltotetrose. 

2, Starch syrup can be divided into different DE values high, medium and low conversion syrup, customary to DE value of 30 or so known as liquid glucose, invert sugar syrup, which DE value of 42 ¯ liquid glucose 48 most widely used in industry.

3, Liquid glucose with moderate sweetness, large viscosity, good resistance to intergranular performance, and is widely used in the field of beverages, confectionery, brewing, pharmaceuticals and so on.
