Doxu Clear Coat DK-700 can be used in partial and overall refinishing. It is a kind of middle to high 

end product, which has good workability, high glossiness, excellent leveling & polishing 

properties and great comprehensive & cost performance.

2K Thinner (DX601 Quick-drying, DX601 Standard, DX601Slow-drying)

Composition:

DK-700 Clear Coat: Acrylic Resin and additive 

2K Curing AgentDX716: Polyisocyanate Resin

2K Thinner DX601: Organic Solvent Mixture

Surface of Application:

Steel, iron, galvanized steel sheet, aluminum and so on. For the non-metal substrate, 

it is suggested to check before using. 

Surface Preparation:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K finished coat

Mixing Ratio(Volume):

DK-700Clear Coat: 200 Portions 

2K Curing AgentDX716: 100 Portions

2K Diluents DX601: 10 Portions

Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 3-5min (Depends on the mixing and working condition)

Dosage:     

Theoretical Value:5-7m²/L

Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

DK-700 Clear Coat: Can be stored for more 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

DX-716 2K Curing Agent: Can be stored for more 1 year in its sealed original drums in proper 

storage conditions.

DX-601 2K Thinner: Can be stored for more 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
