Doxu Clear Coat DX-4700: Acrylic Resin and additives 

Doxu Fast Dry Curing Agent (DK-380): Polyisocyanate Resin

2K Thinner DX601: Organic Solvent Mixture

Surface of Application:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K finishing coat

Mixing Ratio:

DK-4700 Clear Coat: 200 Portions

Doxu Fast Dry Curing Agent DX-380: 100 Portions

2K Thinner DX601: 10% Portions

Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 2-3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 5-10 min (depends on the mixing and working condition)

Dosage:      

Theoretical Value:5-7 m²/L

Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

DX-4700: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

Doxu Fast Dry Curing Agent DX-380: Can be stored for 1 year in its sealed original 

drums in proper storage conditions.                                    

DX-601 2K Thinner: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
