Doxu Clear Coat Set 900 has the following properties of good workability &  scratch resistance, fast dry rate and high leveling property & glossiness, which guarantees great weather and chemical resistance. It can be sprayed on the Doxu 1K base coat finish or the original finish, which can be repaired or  polished after curing

Composition:

Clear coat 900: Acrylic/PU resin and additives

Supplementary Curing Agent: Polyisocyanate Resin

General Thinner: Organic Solvent Mixture

Surface of Application:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K  finishing coat

Mixing Ratio:

Clear coat 900: 200 Portions

Supplementary Curing Agent: 100Portion

General Thinner: 10% Portions

According to the temperature and size of the repairing part, it is possible to choose to use Doxu Fast Dry Diluents, Standard Diluents, Slow Dry Diluents or Special Slow Diluents. The detailed instruction for different temperatures can refer to the Diluents application chart.

Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 2-3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 5-10 min (Depends on the mixing and working condition)

Dosage:

Theoretical dosage: 5-7m²/L

Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

Storage Period:

Clear coat 900: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper  storage conditions

Supplementary Curing Agent: Can be stored for 1 year in its sealed original drums  in proper storage conditions.

Thinner: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage  conditions.
