DX-606 Drying Additive can be used when requires shorter drying time or in the condition of 15℃

2K Thinner (DX601 Quick-drying, DX601 Standard, DX601Slow-drying)

Composition: 

Doxu Clear Coat DX-900: Acrylic/Polyurethane Resin and additives 

2K Curing AgentDX916: Polyisocyanate Resin

2K Thinner DX601: Organic Solvent Mixture

Surface of Application:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K finishing coat

Mixing Ratio(Volume):

DK-900 Clear Coat: 200 Portions

2K Curing Agent DX916: 100 Portions

2K Thinner DX601: 10% Portions

Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 2-3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 5-10 min (depends on the mixing and working condition).

Dosage:      

Theoretical Value:5-7 m²/L

Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

Storage Period:

DK-900 Clear Coat: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

DX-916 2K Curing Agent: Can be stored for  year in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

DX-601 2K Thinner: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
