Doxu Clear Coat DK-700 can be used in partial and overall refinishing. It is a  middle-end product, which has good workability, high gloss, excellent leveling & polishing properties and great comprehensive & cost performance.

DX-601 Thinner  (DX601 Quick-drying, DX601 Standard, DX601Slow-drying)

Composition:

Doxu Clear Coat DX700: Acrylic Resin and Additives

Supplementary Curing Agent: Polyisocyanate Resin

2K Thinner DX601: Organic Solvent Mixture

Surface of Application:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K  finishing coat

Mixing Ratio(Volume):

DK-700 Clear coat: 200 Portions

Supplementary Curing Agent: 100 Portions

2K Thinner DX601: 10% Portions Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is  normally 3-5 min (Depends on the mixing and working condition)

Dosage:

Theoretical dosage: 5-7M²/L Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

Storage Period:

DK700 Clear coat: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

Curing Agent: Can be stored for 1 year in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

Thinner for Solid Color: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
