Main description:

 

  The whole line of cushion filling machine is an automatic mixing and filling line according to the highest technology in the Europe market.

  It works with two kind of material, one is ball fiber, another is foam chips.

  We will need three operators to handle it up with Siemens PLC with efficiently function.

  Two of the operators should work for feeding raw polyester fiber and foam manually and one operator should work at the automatic filling operation table to replace the pillowcase.

  The silo A&B stores the ball fiber and foam chips to prepare for mixing.

  As soon as the material is running out from the silos, the operator will get an alarm of feeding material from photo switch.

  The mixing tanks assembled with scales under the tank feet that are ready to mix the different material according to the different requirements of mixing percentage, so that saves time for the whole line operation.    

  Both of the ball fiber and foam chips unit will be connected the mixing tanks already that without any manual operation in this program.

  The material that already mixed will be delivered into the next silo directly from the tank.

  The silo C will store the mixed materials to assure the whole line continuously, also transport the materials to the filling device evenly.

  First of all, set up the ball fiber and foam chips mixing percentage, meanwhile set up the filling time and filling weight for the cushion at the PLC control panel and the machine will be running automatically according to the data.
