Description:

 

1.The sofa cushion filling machine line is used to have multi material mixed and then fill sofa cushion that can be handled by 1 operator which is adjusted by Siemens PLC program.

2.It can be used for normal opening fiber or ball fiber mixed with shredded foam dan duck down feather etc. and then fill cushions by vacuum filling system.

3.First of all we need adjust the program according to each material persentage by weight and the filling quantity in each chamber  or standard cushion by time as long as the finished testing of how long time can be finished for a certain cushion.

4.Selected from the program to start the balling or opening unit and then put a bale of fiber raw materia into the bale breaker that will be loaded intot the next program automatically; other material such like foam and down feather should be already in the Slio C& Silo D.

5.Each mixing material will be loaded into the weighting mixer as long as the first one ready and the data cleared.

6.It will be delivered into the filling silo E as soon as all material mixed evenly.

7.We only need 1 operator during the operation working at the double vacuum filling cabinet for taking off the finished cushion and put another empty one.

8.In order to save time and increase the capacity. we put 2 vacuum filling cabinet , while one is running. operator can work for another one .so that the operation is continuous.

9.The finished cushion corner can be full filled by vacuum filling system and the weight can be controlled within 5 % time filling.

10.We have modify the sofa cushion filling system according the European technology.

11.Main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is long life .

3.Bridge shaped magnet

simple description: the bridge shaped maget will collect the metal pieces while passing through the pipe system before the fiber opening machine and ball fiber machine.

simple description: the vibration is installed on the top of the fiber opener or ball fiber machine that mainly used for the raw material feeding evenly in order to achieve even output and good finished fiber quality.

 

 

 

 

5.Ball fiber machine

simple description: New designed fiber ball machine that the capacity can be 200kg-250kg/h.

 

 

6.Fiber opening machine

simple description: 98%-100% fiber opening rate , finished fiber is so soft, fluffy without damage.

 

 

 

7. Silo

 

simple description: the silo is mainly used to keep enough material as soon as the fiber balls produced and then supply to the next program continuously.

 

8.Weighing mixer

 

simple description: The automatic weighing mixer is modified according to the European technology which is able to mix different material evenly. tolerance : Max. 3%.

 

9.Control system

simple description: All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and AB, Schneider. Safety relay protection. 24v low voltage control system.
