DESCRIPTION

•The whole line pillow machine is mainly used to fill pillows with ball fiber mixing with down feather.

•It can be handled by only 1 to 2 operators if with bale breaker arranged; or 2 or 3 operators

without bale breaker raw material feeding system.

•The ball fiber can be made by conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than

100mm; the size can be 3D to 15D, 32mm to 64mm mixing with any kind of down feather material.

•It is adjusted by computer control system, first of all set up the ball fiber producing data and

weighing percentage for the mixer from the main control screen, the whole line will run

automatically.

•There is only one operator is needed to fill pillows from the double slot filling device that requires

the cushion with only one chamber, or they need fill the multi-chamber cushion by manual mode

selected by the control screen.

•An extra feeding device is installed before the weighing mixer feeding the down feather into the

mixer manually with a funnel hopper.

•Usually one pillow can be finished in about 6-8 seconds according to the operator’s speed

experience.

•With a pressing plate installed on the filling device, the finished pillow can be already adjusted to

be flat and even looking.

2.BALL FIBER MACHINE

•By a pin cylinder ball fiber producing,the finished fiber ball is with good  looking and nice shape; it can be worked by raw material directly

3.WEIGHING BOX

•Different material and percentage is adjustable by the control programs;

•The finished ball fiber that already mixed with other material by the mixer will be loaded into the silo to be ready

for the double slot filling device; it can be handled by only one operator.

5.CONTROL  BOX

 

•The main components are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Schneider or Omran etc,
