SPECIFICATION

DESCRIPTION

1.The whole line automatic polyester fiber wadding  roll pillow stuffing machine is controlled by PLC control system that can be 

   handled by only 1 operator.

2.The bale breaker is able to load 2 bales of raw material once a time to save labor cost.

3.High quality fiber web processing by the high technical carding machine which is able to reach the non-woven systems.

4.Wadding roll weitht and size is adjustable according to the different program.

5.As soon as each wadding roll is finished that will be transported to the pillow stuffer by the conveyer automatically.

6.1 operator is needed for the stuffer only.

7.All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such as Siemens,Schneider and AB etc.

8.The safety standard and circuit qualification is able to reach the EU,UL rules.

MATERIAL APPLICATION

Conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber 3D-15D 32mm-64mm.

OPTION

Fiber weighing control system can be adopted in the between hopper and the carding machine.

PART DISPLAY

1.Bale breaker

   The bale breaker is able to be used for polyester fiber in textile area,with working width 1200mm.There are 2 bales can be loaded 

   by the conveyer once a time that will be sent to the next program automatically.

2.Pre-opening machine

   The pre-opening machine is mainly used to have a basic opening rate for the polyester fiber around 50% in order to be feed into

    the carding machine with proper and stable quality.

  3.Air-pressure vibration hopper

     It's mainly used to feed the material to the carding machine evenly,the width and feeding quantity is adjustable.

4.Carding machine

  The carding machine width is 2000mm that provides 200-250kg/h capacity with even fiber web feed into the next 

  program.

5.Cross lapper

   Different thickness and width is adjustable according to final production weight.

6.Rolling and cutting machine

  After the wadding is finished from the cross lapper that will be feed to the rolling machine by vonveyer automatically throught 

  filling rolls ,as soon as the weight comes the wadding will be cut and rolled quickly and loade to the next program on the weighing 

  conveyer automatically.The weight is adjutable by time flow.

7.Weighing conveyer

   The weighing belt will be adapted next to the rolling and cutting machine that will hold the fiber roll in seconds and get weigh 

    shortly;there is a recycle system that will send the high tolerance roll back to the carding machine through a crushing machine ;

    the qualified roll will be sent to the stuffng machines by another feeding conveyer with tolerance under 5%.

8.Wadding roll stuffing machine 

  The fiber roll pillow stuffing machine is running automatically and easily that the operator just need hold the pillow case at the end  

  of the machine receiving the roll from the beginning.

  The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with around 8pcs capacity per minute.
