Automatic sofa filling machine:

 

 

1. The sofa filling machine line QL010B is mainly used to produce polyester fiber balling and mix with down feather (or other raw material) with a setting ration, then filling into sofa, pad etc.
2. Apply for two different raw materials mixing with certain ration, also can use single raw material.
3. Stir in unique way and mix two raw materials well in the mixing.
4. There is PVC automatic feeding conveyer assembled to the machine and safety protection device. So the labor safety is assured.
5. All raw materials mixing in a good sealing condition ensures the workplace clean and tidy. It protects the labors from occupational disease.
6. High degree of automatic, fiber input automatically at setting ratio because of PLC control system. It makes the quality of final product consistency. The whole line just needs 2 or 3 persons and saves labors.
7. Easy for operation, so have no special skill requirement for operator and reduce the dependence for operators.
