Specifications
Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin (MU70) shows better water resistance and adhesive strength than common urea-formaldehyde resin has.
Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin(MF resin) - Low Formaldehyde Emission Melamine Resin
MF resin(MU-70) is prepared by polymerizing melamine and formaldehyde via the polycondensation mechanism. It is a thermosetting adhesive with low free formaldehyde emission and good resistance to high temperature. Furthermore, Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin(MU-70) shows better water resistance and adhesive strength than common urea-formaldehyde resin has. Thus, it is an ideal adhesive for T1 plywood manufacture.
Characteristics
- Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin(MU-70) can rapidly harden at ambient temperature. The excellent waterproof and adhesive strength of the wooden products, which is treated with our melamine adhesive, is never weakened, when they are immersed in sea water and boiling water repeatedly.
- Practical application is easily accessible. No special facility is required.
- The use of gentle reagent does not damage wooden products.
- Thermosetting MF resin(MU-70) has long durability, heat resistance, and acid/base resistance.
- Good water solubility of Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin(MU-70) is one advantage to clean practical facility.
