1. Standard
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB9330Polyvingl chloride insulated control cable, IEC 60227 Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables of rated voltage up to and induding 450/750V and IEC 60502 Extruded solid dielectric insulated power cables foe rated voltages from 1KV up to 30KV
2. Applications
PVC insulated and sheathed control cable is suitable for the interconnection in controlling, signaling, protecting and measuring systems with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V or 0.6/1KV
3. Operating characteristics
1, Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/U : 450/750V or 0.6/1KV
2,Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70
3,The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0.If the ambient temperature is lower than 0,the cable should be preheated.
4, The bending radius of cables are recommened as follows:
Non-armoured cable : not less than 6 times of the cable diameter.
Armoured or copper tape screened cable: not less than 12 times of the cable diameter.
Screened flexible cable: not less than 6 times of the cable diameter .
4. Voltage designation
The rated voltage of the cable for a given application shall be suitable for the operating conditions in the system in which the cable is used , and is expressed in the form of Uo/U (Um)KV .Where :
Uo-The rated power-frequency voltage between conductor and earth or metallic scieen ,for which the cable designed;
U-The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors, for which the cable designed;
Um-The maximum value of the highest system voltagefor which the equipment may be used.
