How to eat

  1. Boil 2L water
  2. Pull 1bag ( for two people) of noodle and unravel them while 2 minutes high flame boiling.
  3. Keep boiling them about 14-16 minutes (it depends on how chewy you want)
  4. wash noodle with water and warm up with boiled water for only few seconds
  5. pull noodle to the bowl and add soup with 200ml boiled water

 

For warm soup

Cut noodle’s moisture and put into bowl and add soup, 180-200ml boiled water

 

 

 

For cold soup        

 

  1. Wash noodle with water, and pull into boiled water for few seconds
  2. Cut the moisture and put into bowl and add soup, 200ml boiled water

 

*you can add some green onion and ginger tube
