Taura Sanuki Udon is chewy noodles with tasty soup. You will enjoy real Sanuki Udon at home, this package includes two set of half-raw nodle and soup.

In the first place, it was polish rice and flour milling factory and not the place for making Udon. However, from the experience of flour milling, we produce the good quality and tasty udon that you can have at home.

The noodle is 100% made from Japanese wheat and not too chewy but not too soft. You can taste high quality noodle and tasty soup.

The soup is based on dried small sardines with dried bonito, and kombu. Each pieces matched well to create umami of the soup.

How to eat

1. Boil 2L water
2. Pull 1bag ( for two people) of noodle and unravel them while boiling with high flame.
3. Keep boiling them about 12-14 minutes (it depends on how chewy you want)
4. wash noodle with water and warm up with boiled water for only few seconds
5. pull noodle to the bowl and add soup with 200ml boiled water

*You can add some green onion, or ginger tube
