Mr. Masao Matsuoka is the master of Miyabu Family, this family has been making udon for long time. For this product, you can enjoy tasting real fresh noodle at home.

Sanuki Udon is one of the oldest and the most popular noodle in Japan. It is well chewy noodle with matching tasty sop. You can enjoy it in hot and cold soup.

The soup is made of dried small sardines, dried bonito, kombu, and dried mackerel. Each pieces matched well to create umami of the soup.

You will taste the Japanese traditional noodle from this prodct.

How to eat

Boil 2L water
Pull 1bag ( for two people) of noodle and unravel them while 2 minutes high flame boiling.
Keep boiling them about 12-14 minutes (it depends on how chewy you want)

For warm soup

Wash noodle and dip into hot water for few seconds
add soup with 200ml boiled water to bowl

For cold soup

Wash noodle and put them into bowl
Add soup with 200ml cold water

*you can add some green onion and ginger tube
