The stainless conical tank produced by us is a set of technological equipment for

&The top and side manway& 

We have top and side manway for your choice.

If you prefer top manway, we would equip the ladder so that you can reach the top for observing the tank inside easily and conveniently;

If you prefer side manway, the CIP ball will be changed into double tri-clamps type. You can take apart the CIP ball from tank outside. That is to say, you do not need enter the tank inside for taking apart the CIP ball. 

&The acid washing passivation&

Now we do the acid wash passivation to the interiorof the tanks so that it can form a protect
layer which can protect stainless steel from being corroded easily. For all the welding, we will
also do the Acid Wash.

&The bowl type port&

 For the sample port, carbonation port, glycol outlet etc, we design bowl type, which is more sanitary.

&The Dimple Plate&

We use the dimple plate as the glycol jacket. Compared with belt, the dimple plate has higher cooling efficiency.
