Mesh Belt dryer is a kind of drying equipment that through electrical heating, steam heating and hot air heating in taking advantage of steel mesh as transmission band to carry materials for continuous drying. Directly deliver the suppressed finished product ball to table conveyor through conveyor, evenly distribute the finished product ball in dryer through scraper blade located in the upper point of table conveyor in order to increase air permeability of ball and achieve drying.

Wood chips mesh belt dryer is horizontal dryer with multi-section combination, this dryer is mainly used for drying material in humidity state. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box.Customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball, belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good product quality.
