Drying tunnel charcoal is horizontal dryer with multi-section combination, this kind of dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state when the intensity is not high pellet or ball. The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box.Customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the finished ball, belt speed is adjustable in order to get good quality final products.

• Answer:Regarding to the belt clean system, for the first and second layers we will use mesh belt and for the third layer we will use belt without mesh to make sure material will drop to the bottom of the dryer. And there are some overhaul doors to clean the dryer bottom.

7.Does the Dryer have a thermal insulation? Do we need warm room?

• Yes, there is thermal insulation inside the dryer. If the running place is not very cold, it does not need a warm room.
