The main body of the cement clinker grinding plant is a low-speed rotary cylinder mounted on two large bearings horizontally. The cement clinker grinding plant’s rotary part is driven at reducing speed by motor through speed reducer and gear weheel or by low-speed synchronous motor through gearwheel. Inside the cylinder feed proper grinding medium-steel balls. The medium will be lifted to certain height under the action of centrifugal force and friction and drop or fall. The material to grind is fed to the cylinder in succession and crushed by grinding medium, then discharged through overflow and continual feeding force, and enter the next procedure.

All the raw materials are crushed with the help of Jaw Crusher if they contain lumps. The feed size for the Cement Mill should be less than 25 mm.The belt conveyor discharge the material in to the Cement Mill. There are three chambers in the Mill. The chambers are filled with grinding Media ( balls & Cylpebs).The cement is discharged from the mill to the elevator to fill it in the Storage Silo. The silo is fitted with compressed air coils. The air cools down the cement in the silo. The cooled Cement is packed with the help of packing machine in 50 Kg. Bags. The final product is tested from the bags for the quality and quantity and other parameters as per the statutory requirements provided by the Government.
