1.Introduction Of Granulation Machine

• Under normal temperature can be directly material compressing the powder partiles, not only can produce TanAn with urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium, etc. For the multielement compound fertilizer, and also applies to rare earth magnetic fertilizer granulation, without drying equipment, particle high intensity.

• The production process of roller materials with small friction coefficient, low temperature, low energy consumption, no pollution, at the same time, in order to meet the customer's need, less investment, rapid purpose. Our factory is equipped with complete sets of equipment for the user: mixer, pulverizer, bucket machine, feeder, screening of fertilizer production etc.

2.Structure Of Granulation Machine

1. Briquette Machine rack: all working parts are fixed on machine rack. The rack is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel beam which are welded. In the middle of rack quadrangle there is a lifting hole for loading or unloading transportation.
2. The transmission and connection part: Motor drives belt pullery,triangle belt,reduction gears and makes machine to work.
3. Granulating part: Through pin coupling,the driving roller rotates. On both sides of the driving shaft and driven shaft are specially designed bearings and bearing bracket.
4. Crushing and separating part: Fertilizer materials after squeezing downflow to the crushing room. On the double roller there are many short bars rotating along with rollers which separate fertilizer particles from reverting materials.

3.Raw Materials Of Granulation Machine

1) Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran,etc.

2) Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as, Slaughterhouse Waste, Fish Market, Urine and dung of cattle, Pigs, Sheep,C hicken, Ducks, Geese, Goat.etc.

3) Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue etc.

4) Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.

5) Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc.

4.Working Principle

This series double roller fertilizer granulator machine belong to press molding mould machine,  the working principle is , the motor will drive the belt and the belt wheel, 

through the speed reducer pass the power to the main shaft, and then the roller will running opposite,

 the raw material will be feed through the feeder,

and the pressed to small pellets through the mould, after being pressed, the pellets will be delivered 

to the crushing room, there is a screen will separate the pellet singly and leave the powder.
