This automatic spring roll making machine is a newly developed spring roll processing equipment in our factory.
The machine has high degree of automation, automatic temperature control and good hygienic conditions.
It opens up a new way for traditional food processing by modern methods.
Principle: According to the technological requirements of flour pulp production, the flour pulp is made well.
After being heated and baked by a round baking wheel, the flour pulp becomes a custom-made spring roll skin
with fixed thickness.
Flow: Put the prepared pulp into the barrel, when the baking wheel is heated to 120 C, start the pulp pump
to deliver the pulp to the leather making mould (customized shape according to customer requirements),
then make the pulp adhere to the arc surface of the baking wheel through the leather making mould.
When the baking wheel rotates over 270-300 degrees, the pulp is ripened, and then the spring roll leather
is separated from the wrapping conveyor belt by the spatula. When the spring roll skin passes through
the outlet of the filling machine, the filling opportunity distributes the filling evenly
(the number of filling grams can be adjusted) on each spring roll skin, and then the filling is wrapped with the spring roll skin,
and finally the spring roll is formed by the wrapping part of the roll circle. The final spring roll falls directly on
the cooling conveyor belt. At this time, the spring roll can be sorted manually into the packaging box and put into
the cold storage. It can also be fried directly through the fryer.
