DG408LE and DG409LE are single-chip analog multiplexers/demultiplexers designed to operate on both single and dual power sources. The voltage range of a single power supply is from 3V to 16V, while the recommended range for dual power operation is from ± 3V to ± 8V.

DG408LE is an 8-channel single ended analog multiplexer designed to connect one of the 8 inputs to a common output determined by a 3-bit binary address (A0, A1, A2). DG409LE is a dual 4-channel differential analog multiplexer designed to connect one of the four differential inputs to a common dual output, determined by its 2-bit binary address (A0, A1). Switching action before disconnection to prevent instantaneous crosstalk between adjacent channels.

A channel conducts current in both directions. In the closed state, each channel blocks the voltage up to the power rail. The enable (EN) function allows the user to reset the multiplexer/demultiplexer to all closed positions to stack multiple devices. All control inputs, addresses (Ax), and enable (EN) are compatible with TTL within the fully specified operating temperature range.

DG408LE and DG409LE have characteristics such as low resistance, fast switching time, and low leakage.
