Opax348 series amplifiers are low power CMOS operational amplifiers with single power supply. With an extended bandwidth of 1MHz and a power supply current of 45 µ a, the opax348 series is suitable for low-power applications powered by 2.1V to 5.5V single power supply.

With a low supply current of 45 µ A and an input bias current of 0.5pa, the opax348 series is ideal for low-power applications such as smoke detectors and other high impedance sensors.

Opa348 is packaged in small 5-pin SC70 (SOT), 5-pin SOT-23 (SOT) and 8-pin so (SOIC). Opa2348 adopts 8-pin SOT-23 (SOT) package and 8-pin so (SOIC) package, while opa4348 adopts space saving 14 pin tssop and 14 pin so (SOIC) package. The extended temperature range – 40 ° C to + 125 ° C over the full power range provides design flexibility.
