Mingyang wood briquette machine:

This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood materials as bits of wood ,rice shells or peanuts shell not contain any additives etc.The raw material (contain 8%-12%water ) dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high temperature and pressure.

Maize stalks, soybean stalks, fire wood ,parawood scraps,palm shell,broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust,bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk,coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo,wood, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks .etc  

 

Requirement of the raw material :
1.For using material of two or more types, It should be mixed in suitable form.
2.Size:smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
3.Moisture :8-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier.

If raw material size larger than 5mm,a crusher would be needed.

Final product of the wood briquette machine :

The available shape:square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge.
The available diameter could be: 50mm,55mm.60mm,65mm.70mm.80mm and so on.
The available length could be :20cm,30cm, 40cm, 50cm.
The feature of the final product : Specific gravity: 1300-1900kg/m.
Calorific value: 4500-5000kcal/kg.

After carbonizing the wood briquette, the wood briquette can be made bbq charcoal
