Material:

The materials can be sawdust ,coffee grounds,rice husks,soybeans husk,tea waste,etc. And the materials diameter is 3-5mm. The moisture of the materials should be 8-12%. If the raw materials are bigger than 5mm, should crush the raw material firstly.

 Working principle:

It is that the motor drives the pulley,the pulley drives the bearing to rotate,pushing the materials to the mold,and then forming the shape after being heated by the heating ring.

 

Details:

The control cabinet can control the normal operation of the machine, adjust the temperature, and control the advance and retreat of the propeller, making the operation of the machine easier. The common diameter wood briquettes is 5cm, and the shape can be square, hexagonal shape with a hole in the center.
