This machine is used to make charcoal stick, charcoal log, charcoal bar. It is equipped with the auto control heating system. The product of this machine can be used ro heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house.

Working principle of straw biomass fuel briquette machine

Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.

Production Flow

1) Crushing: if the raw material size is within 3-5mm, no need the crusher; But if not, choosing one suitable crusher is necessary;

2) Drying: if the raw material moisture content is within 8-12%, no need the dryer; But if not, according to the raw material moisture and capacity, choosing one suitable dryer machine;

3) Briquette: Finished the two steps, then make the briquette,we can make the different size and shape briquette, you can choose and tell me the briquette shape and size you need; The final briquette can be used as fuel, boiler industrial heating etc. And if you want to get charcoal briquette, you can do the next step carbonizing.

4) Carbonizing: this step is to get the charcoal briquette, and the charcoal briquette is widely used in bbq maket.
