Plant  airflow type sawdust dryer/sawdust drying machine/wood chips drying machine

It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30-50%. 

It takes the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency, reducing the moisture to 8-12%.

 Wet material is input into the hopper. The stoves (boilers) generate hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. 

And then hot air are flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry,

and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.

1,Structure,Purpose of the airflow type sawdust dryer.

HGJ6 Air Current drier is widely used to dry the sawdust likesize grain. It is made up of heat stove,tube,impulse jar,function tube,fan,sperator.

 Heat Stove: it’s made up of armor plate,firebricks,and stove chain. It’s used to supply the heat to the drier.

Channel Tube:It’s the passway to transport the material to the rotary body and the impulse jar.

Impulse jar and fuction tube: Used to mix the material with heat thoroughly to reduce the water.

Fan is made up of fan wheel made of the 400 model armor plate,4kw fan. It’s used to supply power to transport material into seperator.

Charing storage:The shape like V.It’s used to sperate the dust and water with dry material.

2,Principal of the airflow type sawdust dryer 

It’s used to reduce the unwanted water by the hot air current.Hot air mix with sawdust in the drier and bring some the water from the sawdust.

Burn the heat stove-----Generate hot air-----Start the fan and charge material 

 Burn the fuel to preheat the tubes. And start the fan. When the hot air teperature reaches about 120°C Charge little material(sawdust) to check if there block or leaking air. 

If not Charge the material normally.

 

4,Cautions

1,The speed of the charging material mainly base on the primary moisture. The charging speed is high when moistuer is low. When the moisture is high the charging speed is low.

2,Every 10 days add lubricating oil to the bearing.

3,Check the tube often, remove the ash blocking the dust removal hole 

4,To make sure the material is the sawdust size less than 5*5mm. Commonly before drying the material need separated by the screen to remove big size material.

5,If the impulse jar is blocked open the hole underside to lease the block.

6,The high temparture is prohibited. 

7,Discharging material with high temperature is prohibited in case of the fire disaster.

8,Before the production please check if the electrocircuit is correct 

5.Character

1 Material to dry: Particulate material as rice shell, saw dust, and ground wood chip, tree branch, wood bits, etc,.(Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm)

2 Productivity: When hot air is at 180°C, to dry saw dust whose relative humidity is 25% --35%to the humidity of8%--12%, productivity is 400--500k/h

3 Temperature of hot air can not be lower than 180°C, or higher than 250°C.

4 Motor power is 7.5+0.75+0.75kw.

5 Fuel consumption: Wood(ground), coal 20kg/h

6.Operation rules for drier

1,After reading  the direction ,start the blower, and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.(Positive is normal ).

2 Feed the material to the dried to the hopper.Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.

3 Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of the blower get to 100°C, begin feeding and drying.

5 Large piece of material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favorable to feeding.
