Sawdust Rotary Drum Dryer

Product Overview

This machine is widely used to dry material with high moisture, friable, free-flowing commodity products and by-products. It is special designed to combine the function of drying and cooling together, which can save 30-50% energy.

Working principle:

1. In this system, wet raw material is input into hopper by conveyor, then large volume of hot air produced by the fuel furnace mixed with the wet powder in the rotary drum and moved through drying chamber by the power of fan blower.
2. As the material travels along the rotary drum, it keeps the suspending state together with the fast moving hot air and moisture and is rendered dry at the discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Production process:

1. Put the sawdust into the rotary drum dryer with transfer system.

2. The sawdust are evenly distributed in rotary drum dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, speed up the drying heat and mass transfer.
3. During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in rotary drum dryer, the materials are dried evenly and efficiently.
