Introduction of wood sawdust dryer machine 

♣ Wood sawdust flash dryer machine is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on. The moisture of wet materials is at 20-40%. with the diameter less than 3mm and length less than 5mm. 

♣ The wood sawdust flash dryer machine is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan). This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Advantage of wood sawdust dryer machine

♣ Raw material is processed by cutting, shearing, blowing, floating and rotating, then become granulated shape and separated greatly, the relative velocity between solid phase and gas phase is great, this strengthens the process of heating exchange. Therefore , this machine has strong drying capacity.
♣ This machine combines the whirl technology with the fluidity .ejection and smashing step technologies , can be used for a wide range.
♣ Drying hot air enters into the bottom of machine and formed strong rotating airflow, it can wash out material sticking on inside surface .
♣ In high temperature area at bottom of equipment, heat sensitive raw material will not directly contact with heating surface. As a result, carbonization and color change problems can be solved.
♣ A segmenting ring and a rotational flow piece are equipped in the upper drying room in order to control granulated size and finished products wet containing rate.

Working principle of wood sawdust dryer machine

Wood sawdust flash dryer machine, adopting double drum, double pipe connection, it can dry the saw dust, rice husk, peanut shell and straw all at once. Dryer uses the homemade combustible gas as heating source, drum part and coiled pipe as the drying part. Drum part has two layers: inner drum and outer insulation. Inner drum has three head inner helix slice which can move the drying aggregate in constant speed, we call it stir-frying heating. Coiled pipe secondarily uses the heating source, using draught fan negative pressure to pump the drying aggregate to screw device, then separating and drying.

But first: make sure your raw material's size, whether the crushing machine require or not; Second, make sure your moisture content of the sawdust, if over 12%, the dryer machine is ok to require; This two steps has made sure, we can make briquette and then carbonizing. This is the whole process to finish the process of manufacturing the charcoal briquette.
