Introduction of wood sawdust dryer :

Sawdust dryer is widely used to dry wood sawdust, wood chips, rice husk, sugar cane bagasse, etc. which is the pre-processing for making pellet, briquette, biomass fuel, etc.

Working principle of wood sawdust dryer:

Rotary Dryer adopts direct flow type of heating with heat source from firing uint. The material to be dried is pushed back immediately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the Rotary Dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, the Rotary Dryer lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material from even curtain and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.

Structure of sawdust drying machine:

1, Fireplace is the place where the firewood, coal, gas or other material is burning for heat, there is a specially designed buffer which can make the hot air through but provent the fire in.

2, Loading place is beside the fireplace, thus the material can be dry at a early time.

3, Roller is running evenly to make the material drying and processing at the same time.

4, Discharging unit is installed with thermeter to control drying temperature. The temperature change of dryer's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)

5, The cyclone is for the discharging, whcih is more convenient and air lock for making the discharging little noise and no waste.

Production Flow

The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.

5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
