Introduction

Mingyang series wood shaving machine is mainly used to cut the wood into presetting uniform shavings,and the thickness of shavings can be adjusted from 1 mm to 3 mm.

This machine can shave all kinds of wooden materials such as different kinds of logs, branch, tree trimmings, plywood board or plate,etc. Compared with the old type, this new designed shaving machine can make even shavings regularly by a big production capacity. It is a good helper for woodworking plant.

Main parts:

This machine is composed by seven main parts as this picture shows.

1. Motor: national standard, CE certified, long and stable working lifetime.

2. Controller: voltage down start to protect the motor and machine.

3. Feeding hopper: with inner wearing resistant steel plate for long time using.

4. Body shell: 6 mm carbon steel plate, strong and durable. 5. Discharge hole.

6. Machine base: GB U steel plate.

7. Rotary plate and blades: the most important part of this machine, 1500mm diameter, 80mm thickness cast steel plate, 14 mm thickness blades, with alloy edge.
