 For drying and briquetting process of biomass materials, crushing plant is available. We mainly manufacture two types of crushing plants for various agro-forestry wastes, which are wood chipper shredder blades and hammer mill. · Our wood chipper shredder blades is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood of 50-250 mm(diameter).

·Wood chipper shredder blades is the special equipment for producing perfect wood sawdust, and it is widely used in paper plants, particle board plants, fiber broad plants, chips production, etc.

· It also applies to chipping round logs, square blocks, woods and so on. The final wood sawdust is normally within diameter 3~5mm, and can be used to make charcoal briquette directly.

Structure:

Wood chipper shredder blades is made up of high strength steel plates which ensure its durability. The knives are connected to the rotor by a clamping plate. Connected by hydraulic system, the upper roller can float up and down over the material to be cut within certain range according to the thickness of the material. With cutting blades and high-speed airflow impact doubling crush functions, the wood crusher manages to complete the processing of micro-materials separation.
