How to make wood briquettes?

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;

How to make wood pellets?

Structure of wood crusher 

Small wood crusher is mainly composed of four parts: main engine, coupling, bottom frame, motor, etc. The main engine of crusher is mainly composed of cutter head, upper cover, lower cover, feed port, discharge port, etc.
