Description of TPS7B82-Q1

TPS7B82-Q1 is a low voltage drop Linear Regulator designed to operate in a wide input voltage range from 3V to 40V (45V load drop protection). The working voltage of TPS7B82-Q1 is as low as 3V, so it can continue to work under cold start and start and stop conditions. The typical static current of the device under light load is only 2.7A, which is an ideal solution for power supply to the microcontroller (MCU) and CAN/LIN transceiver in the standby system.

These devices have integrated short circuit and overcurrent protection functions. The device can operate at ambient temperatures ranging from -40 C to +125 C with junction temperatures ranging from -40 C to +150 C. In addition, the device uses heat conduction packaging, which enables the device to run for a long time even though it dissipates a lot of heat.
