Iso774x-q1 device is a high-performance four channel digital isolator, which can provide 5000vrms (DW package) and 3000vrms (DBQ package) isolation ratings in accordance with UL 1577. This series of devices have enhanced isolation ratings that meet VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC standards.
When isolating CMOS or lvcmos digital i/o, iso774x-q1 devices can provide high electromagnetic immunity, low radiation, and low power consumption. The logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel are isolated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulated gate phase. The device is equipped with an enable pin, which can be used to place the corresponding output in multi master drive applications in a high impedance state, and can also be used to reduce power consumption. Iso7740-q1 device has four channels in the same direction, iso7741-q1 device has three forward channels and one reverse channel, and iso7742-q1 device has two forward channels and two reverse channels. If the input power or signal is lost, the device without suffix f outputs high level by default, and the device with suffix f outputs low level by default.
