1、 Overview
Lrsz-200-y powder bulk dust collection machine is mainly used in bulk cement and building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical, grain and other departments of the powder loading and unloading truck, ship. The machine has the characteristics of automatic control of the whole loading process, strong adaptability of the process, no dust outside, reliable indication of full material, simple structure and low cost. The technical index reaches the international level of similar products.
2、 The bottom of the bulk machine

2, Description
(1) Bulk machine is not suitable for materials with viscosity, corrosion and temperature higher than 150℃.
(2) The loading speed of SZ type cement bulk machine is determined by the unloading valve and the conveying capacity of the conveying equipment. Loading large cars, trains or boats usually requires great speed. About 120-300 tons/hour, loading ordinary bulk truck requires a slower speed, about 60-100 tons/hour.
(3) Pneumatic valves should be selected in the case of compressed air source (pressure about 0.4mpa) in the workplace.
(4) For users with special needs can be specially designed and manufactured.
(5)SZ type cement bulk machine is divided into two forms: control cabinet control and button station control. Requirements should be explained when ordering.
