1、 Overview
PPCS air box pulse bag dust collector PPCS air box pulse bag dust collector is an advanced level of high efficiency dust collector introduced from Fuller in the United States. To an integrated chamber blow and injection pulse soot cleaning all kinds of bag dust collector, the advantages of overcoming the chamber blow soot cleaning strength is not enough, injection pulse ash removal and filtering simultaneously, thus expanding the application range of bag dust collector, because this type of structure has its characteristics of the dust collector, so improving the dust collecting efficiency, prolong the service life of filter bag.
This series of products can be widely used in cement plant crushing, packaging, storage roof, clinker cooling machine and various grinding machine dust collection system. If it is used for coal mill dust collection, anti-fire and explosion-proof measures should be added, and the structure of dust collector should be changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection of gas with high dust concentration. If the dust concentration of gas in the grinding system with O-SEPa powder separator is more than 1000g/m3(standard), this series of dust collector shall be used for dust collection, and the cyclone dust collector can not be set for first-level dust collection. In addition to the cement industry, also suitable for metallurgy, chemical, machinery and civil boiler waste gas dust collection. The filter bag material of this series dust collector is generally made of polyester needled felt. The continuous use temperature is less than 120℃. If the temperature increases, other filter materials should be selected, or cooling measures should be taken before the waste gas enters the dust collector.
This series of dust collector for outdoor type by different chamber number and different bag number of each chamber, composed of a variety of different specifications. The number of bags per room is 132, 64, 96 and 128. The whole series has a total of 33 specifications, the diameter of the filter bag is 133mm, the length of the filter bag is 2450mm and 3060mm. This series dust collector can be operated under negative pressure or positive pressure without any change in its body structure. The dust collecting efficiency can reach 99.9% or more, and the moisture content and dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100mg/m3(standard). If this series of dust collectors are used in cold areas, when the calculated temperature of outdoor heating is less than or equal to -25℃, it is necessary to add heating device, and the shell of dust collectors should also add insulation layer.
2、 Structure and working principle
This series dust collector is composed of shell, ash hopper, ash discharging device, support and pulse ash cleaning system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the tuyere, it first encounters the inclined baffle in the middle of the inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the speed of the air flow becomes slow. Because of inertia, the coarse dust in the gas directly falls into the ash hopper and plays the role of pre-dust collection. The air flow into the ash hopper then folds upwards through a filter bag with a metal frame inside; The dust is captured and collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the cleaning chamber at the upper part of the filter bag chamber and is collected to the air outlet pipe for discharge. The air inlet of PPC32 dust collector is located on the ash hopper. After the air flow enters the ash hopper, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air duct. Its effect is the same as the above principle. The shell is divided into a number of independent dust collecting rooms with a partition board, and the dust is cleaned in turn for each dust collecting room according to a given time interval. Each dust collecting chamber is equipped with a lift valve. When cleaning, the lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow through the dust collecting chamber, and then the pulse valve is opened to spray high pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and dust cleaning cycle of each dust collecting chamber are automatically and continuously carried out by a special dust cleaning program controller.
3、Air box type pulse dust collector features

4、Dust cleaning electrical control device
1. Dust cleaning control mode
The control method of cleaning ash generally adopts timing method, but also can adopt constant resistance method. The so-called constant resistance method is to control the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag, when the differential pressure value of the dust collector reaches the set value (generally 1 470Pa), that is, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal through the electrical control device, that is, according to the specified procedures for room by room cleaning.
2. Function of electrical device
Single chip PLC and sequence controller are used for centralized control of multi-chamber dust collector. The control has automatic and manual two ways. When the single chip microcomputer fails or is repaired, it can be switched to manual control at any time.
3. The selection is responsible for the wiring design of the inlet terminal from the dust cleaning electrical control device to the dust collector, and the wiring terminal refer to the manual of the dust cleaning electrical controller.
5、Dust collector system composition and supply
1. Dust collector body includes shell, ash hopper, filter bag device, import and export pipe, ash discharge device and pulse blowing system (including pulse) in the valve, pipe, valve, air source three connected parts and gas storage tank.
