1、 Overview
XZ500 air conveying chute is a kind of pneumatic conveying equipment which is widely used in conveying dry powdery materials. It is often used in conveying cement and raw powder in cement industry.
Compared with screw conveyor, belt conveyor and other conveying equipment, it has no rotating parts, easy to maintain, good sealing, no noise, safe and reliable operation, less power consumption, convenient to change the direction of transmission, and can feed and discharge more points.
Air transport chute is made of a number of ordinary thin steel plate made of the trough and other accessories connected by bolts. A breathable layer is sandwiched between the upper and lower tanks, and the air conveying chute is installed at a certain Angle from high to low from the feeding end to the discharging end.
The material chamber is above the breathable layer, and the air chamber is below. When the gas with a certain pressure is blown into the air chamber, the material is fluidized through the breathable layer, so the material flows in the tank like a fluid under the action of gravity, and the fan is usually used as the air source. The excess air in the material chamber is extracted by the dust collector through the exhaust port of the air transport chute.
