Inconel 625 Inconel625 is a kind of alloy grades, density of 8.4 g/cm3, melting point of 1290-1350, excellent corrosion resistant to inorganic acid, the oxidation and reduction environment of all kinds of corrosive medium has excellent corrosion resistance of 625 alloy in many medium showed excellent corrosion resistance in chloride medium have excellent intergranular corrosion and crevice corrosion pitting erosion performance.

Application:The softened annealed low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in the chemical process industry. Its good corrosion resistance and high strength make it a thinner structural component. 625 alloy can be used in contact with seawater and under high mechanical stress.Typical application areas:

●Components of a chlorinated organic chemical process, especially where acid chloride catalysts are used

● Digesters and bleach pools used in the pulp and paper industry

●Absorption tower reheater flue gas inlet baffle fan (wet) stirrer guide plate and flue duct in flue gas desulfurization system

●Used to manufacture equipment and components for use in acidic gas environments

●Acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator

●Sulfuric acid condenser

●Excellent resistance to inorganic acids, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid mixture, etc
● Excellent corrosion resistance to a variety of inorganic acid mixed solutions
● When the temperature is up to 40, it shows good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution

NO.2D	Cold-rolled, an nealed and pick led with out skinpassing the dull prod ucts can be used as auto mo bile parts, build ing materrials and pipings.
NO.2B	The surface brightness and flatness of NO.2B is better than NO.2D. Then through a special surfacetreament to improve its mechamical properties, N02B could nearly satisfy com pre hen sive uses.
NO.3	Polished with abra sive belt of grit #100#120,have bet ter bright ness with dis con tin u ous coarse stria, used as in ner and ex ter nal or na ments for building, elec tri cal ap pli anc es and kitchen uten sils etc.
NO.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150#180, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than NO.3, are used as bathtud buildinginner and external ornaments electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-320 on the No.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as building ornaments, elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
