Nimonic alloys are primarily composed of nickel and chromium.These alloys are known for their high-temperature low-creep and high performance. Additives like aluminium, carbon and titanium are infused into the alloy. The Nimonic alloy was first developed in 1940 in England.Nimonic 90 characteristics:

As high temperature alloy,because it does not have a sensitization tendency after 50 hours of incubation at ultra-high temperature.
As corrosion resistant alloy, because it has better corrosion resistance in various oxidizing and reducing environments.
As wrought alloy, because the alloy can be hot and cold deformed.
As casting alloy,because the alloy can be used to make certain parts that can only be formed by casting.

Application:
Ni-Cr alloy is also a nickel-based heat-resistant alloy; it is mainly used under oxidizing medium conditions. These alloys also have good resistance to hydroxide (such as NaOH, KOH) corrosion and stress corrosion resistance.
Ni-Mo alloy is mainly used under the condition of reducing medium corrosion. It is an alloy that is resistant to corrosion, but in the presence of oxygen and oxidants, the corrosion resistance decreases significantly.
Nimonic90 Ni-Cr-Mo,this alloy combines the properties of the Ni-Cr alloy and Ni-Mo alloy. It is mainly used under the condition of oxidation-reduction mixed medium.
