The main component of the welding wire is 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo, which is a stainless steel TIG welding wire. The weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and crack resistance. Because it contains Mo, it has excellent corrosion resistance to acetic acid, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and salts.
It is often used in the welding of petrochemical and fertilizer equipment, such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS 316) and other materials. It can also be used for welding of high Cr steels and dissimilar steels that require no heat treatment after welding.

Attention:
1. Shielding gas: pure Ar; flow rate: 9~14L/min when the current is 100~200A, and 14~18L/min when the current is 200~300A.
2. Tungsten pole extension length: 3~5mm; arc length: 1~3mm.
3. The wind speed is limited to ≤1.0m/s; it is recommended to pass argon protection on the back of the welding area.
4. In welding, the magnitude of the welding heat input directly affects the mechanical properties and crack resistance of the weld metal, and more attention should be paid.
5. Remove the rust, moisture, oil, dust, etc. from the welding part.
