S2594 is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium coating. The deposited metal has good thermal crack resistance. Due to the extremely low carbon content and the inclusion of molybdenum and nitrogen at the same time, the deposited metal has good resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The electrode has good welding performance, stable arc, small spatter, beautiful shape, redness resistance of the coating, and can be used for both AC and DC.
Mainly used for welding the same type of duplex stainless steel in offshore oil, natural gas, petrochemical industries, such as 022Cr25Ni7Mo4N, 03Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2N, etc.

Attention:
1. The electrode must be baked at about 300℃ for 1h before welding.
2. Use a DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
