In view of the situation that the joints between the welding joints of some enterprises are small and there is no suitable size of brazing material for brazing, our company has independently developed metal silver solder paste. This solder paste is used to connect ferrous and non-ferrous metals except aluminum and magnesium. Soldering can be done by simply applying solder paste to the seam before soldering, and no cleaning is required. Recommended joint clearance is 0.025-0.13mm. On most base metals, flux is usually required. When furnace brazing is performed in a protective atmosphere, flux is usually not required. Zinc-free solders are suitable for brazing in protective atmosphere furnaces. When vacuum brazing, do not use zinc-containing brazing filler metal.
