Most of PCB are epoxy board, FR4 board, cardboard, aluminum plate, copper plate. Our special ceramic plate, with 96% Al O substrate and double-sided coated copper, is mainly applied in the high power module supply, high power LED lighting plate, solar photovoltaic plate, and high power microwave power device. It is characterized by high thermal conductivity (25W/M.K), high pressure resistance (12KV), high temperature resistance (-55---500 degrees), strong welding resistance (repeated manual welding will not cause delamination and falling off), low internal line resistance and low energy loss. All products comply with ROHS standards and specifications are: 100*160MM, 0.25+0.2MM double-sided coated copper, 0.38+0.2MM double-sided coated copper, 0.635+0.2/0.3MM double-sided coated copper,1.0+0.2/0.3MM double-sided coated copper.
