Product Description
The high and low temperature test box is suitable for testing the reliability of product parts and materials under high and low temperature (alternating) cyclic changes.
At high temperatures, products and materials may be softened, their efficiency reduced, their characteristics changed, potential damage, oxidation and other phenomena (e.g. softening or melting of fillers and sealing strips, deterioration of electronic circuit stability, green damage, acceleration of the aging of polymer materials and insulating materials etc.); at low temperatures, products and materials may be cracked, greased, movable parts may be stuck, and their properties may be tested. Change and other phenomena (e.g. material hardening and brittleness, performance changes of electronic components, water condensation and freezing, mechanical structure changes caused by material shrinkage, etc.).
Programmable control
1. Temperature and humidity control instrument adopts (touch screen) imported super large screen screen screen to see the right picture. The screen operation is simple and the program editing is easy.
2. The control interface is available in Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen.
3. It has the capacity of 12000 segments 999 cycle steps of 120 groups of programs, with a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes per period of time.
4. After the input of data and test conditions, the controller has screen locking function to avoid human touch and stop.
5. It has RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface. It can design program on computer, monitor the test process and execute the functions of automatic switch.
6. With the function of automatic calculus, the changing conditions of temperature and humidity can be corrected immediately, so that the control of temperature and humidity is more accurate and stable.
Cycling System
1. The refrigerator adopts the original French Tecumseh fully enclosed compressor.
2. The refrigeration system is designed with unit or binary cryogenic loop system.
3. The use of multi-wing air supply fan strong air circulation, to avoid any dead angle, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the test area uniform.
4. The design of circulating outlet and return air in the air passage meets the test standard in terms of wind pressure and wind speed, and can make the temperature and humidity stabilization time of the instantaneous opening of the door fast.
5. Fully independent heating, cooling and humidifying systems can improve efficiency, reduce test costs, increase life and reduce failure rate.
