Application

The measurement of the open and lock forces of bottle caps holds significant importance as both online and offline technical parameters in production. These forces can have a direct impact on the ease of product transportation and consumer usage.

The TT-01 Torque Tester is designed for measuring the open and lock forces of caps used on medicine bottles, PET bottles, spout bags, and flexible tube packages. This torque testing procedure plays a pivotal role in establishing the correct open and lock forces for production caps, thereby providing valuable guidance for the transportation and consumption phases of these products. Due to its exceptional stability and precision, this tester becomes a necessity for the quality control and manufacturing process.

Test Process

Secure the sample onto the fixed clamp, manually open or lock the sample, and, through the sensor connected to the clamp, collect the torque value applied to the sample to obtain the opening or locking force of the sample.

Technical Features

This is a PLC-controlled unit, known for its industrial-level stability, and it's operated through an HMI touch screen interface.  

This tester allows for the measurement of both locking and opening forces. 

The device automatically retains peak value. 

It includes a micro printer for convenient data recording. 

Offering multiple units of measurement display, such as Kgf.cm, N.cm, daN.cm, Inch.lbs, and N.m.  

It also features overload protection, an auto-zeroing function, and accommodates extended is smaller clamp ranges. 

An RS232 port and professional computer software are available.(optional)
